Tuseday's Tea and Stone...

Yesterday I stayed home from work... sinuses... Too bad they aren't like a spleen, something you can live without. I went back today, but only lasted a couple of hours then came home and went to bed. I'm up now, drinking Zhena's Gypsy Tea Luminous Lemon.

It's very soothing and full of antioxidants, which I think I'm in need of.

For more Tuesday Tea visit Kimmie's blog and look on her sidebar for us.

Today's small stone...

the dory rows across the still sea,
black against the mist....
like a crow winging through a gray sky...

"Is either real?" asks the old sage.

sorry about your sinuses that can really hurt!

have you ever considered a natural antihistimine (sp?) called Emergen C...it's powdered, flavored Vit C that fizees when you add it to water, it comes in little packets...another great thing is a netti pot

hope I didn't say too much ... just thought I would share as I've had sinus issues in the past

take care and feel better soon!

  7. Aren't sinuses the worst?! I am never totally crippled by them, but I am sure aware of them sometimes! Your tea choice looks perfect! Lemon takes care of a lot of things. Hope you are feeling better.

  9. Oh you poor dear! I really feel for you. I have that problem in the spring and fall, but not in this weather. I hope you are better soon. Maybe those "stones" will help you feel better. Of course, rest and a good ice pack helps, too.
