Tuesday Tea...

My allergies have kicked in big time! So... tonight I'm drinking Tazo Calm... hoping that it will help me feel better. Anyway... remember my Orphan Tea Cup Adoption Program idea? Well... I implemented it Saturday at the Winery anniversary.

I had two lovely orphaned tea cups that I put up for adoption along with beaded heart shaped tea balls and a sample of custom tea from Tea for all Reasons.

A lovely lady adopted this one and took it to its new home...  Obviously, I still have more orphans for folks to open their hearts to...  But so far I think that my adoption program is a success!

Happy Tea Tuesday everyone and please visit our other participants at Kimmie's.  Look on her side bar for us!

  1. I had some hot cocoa tonight...hot drinks taste good in this cool weather! Enjoy your evening! ♥

  2. I think a cup of hot tea would be good for troubled sinuses, I hope you are feeling better soon.

  3. I hope your allergies get better with the colder weather you are having. Your adoption program is a rousing success. And I would LOVE to know where you got the heart tea ball. I can't find anything interesting in Kansas.

  4. bummer about your allergies...hope that gets better for you real soon

how nice that your pretty cups are going to good homes :)

  5. I'm sorry I missed tea with you yesterday! So I'll join you today! Hope your allergies do calm down! That is just no fun! I love your teacup adoption program ..... No cup is too shabby or chipped I'm sure .... And saucerless? No problem :)

    Happy Wednesday!

  6. Allergies and tea - good combination. Hope you feel better.

  7. What a sweet idea friend, I love the thought of an orphaned teacup getting a new home!
Hope your allergies get better soon..
    Hugs & Candy Canes,

  8. This is a darling gift idea! You should sell some of these in your etsy shop for those of us who can't make it to the Winery shows!

  9. Love your orphan teacup adoption program - my cabinet is full of of lovely orphans, who get paired with orphan saucers- alot of them get used for tea, some get turned into bird feeders, pincushions, or....??
I will be having a teacup exchange coming up soon- if you're interested- drop by the blog soon.
